Coaching is one of the fastest growing industries in the world right now, the way to stand out as a coach is through a superior customer journey and Delenta is the tool to help with this!
We are thrilled to be featuring Jackie Appleby in the Spotlight this week!
Whether you are a coach or consultant looking for the right business coach, Jackie and her team at Diligent Assistant have you covered. Diligent Assistant is a business management and consulting company working with coaches across North America to bring calm and focus to their business. They specialize in business operations, processes and systems, helping our clients to work smarter through our Coach to CEO business model.
What has led you to this coaching journey!
I had coached before in my corporate role, however when I started my business to support small business owners it was not about coaching. Working with several coaching clients through, allowed me to see how these amazing and generous people tended to struggle with managing themselves and their business to produce optimal results. After working directly with several ICF Chapters it was only natural to pursue a coaching qualification and make business coaching a part of my business model.
"Your sales call/discovery call is your first instance to showcase your coaching skills. Getting a potential client to say yes through active listening and powerful questioning is the best way to show your value"
Most people become a coach to change the lives of others, how has coaching benefited your own life?
I've been privileged in my coaching journey to connect with other amazing coaches who have brought learning opportunities along with friendships to help me create my "circle". I would never have achieved the quality of the connections I have without being part of the coaching industry.
What has been the most rewarding aspect of your coaching career thus far?
Creating a six-figure business model and working with individuals who are so fired up to help others become the best that they can be. Coaching is such a giving environment!
What are the most challenging aspects of a coaching career?
Self doubt - always second guessing if you are good enough to work with people that seem to have achieved so much more that me.
What's your reason for being part of the Delenta Community ?
The scheduler and digital contracts. The ability to have client portals so they can be more self sufficient.
