How Delenta Is Powering ICF UK’s Socially Impactful Coaching Initiatives

Simpler. Smarter. Scalable

In 2026, the International Coaching Federation (ICF) UK Chapter celebrates 30 years of advancing the art, science, and practice of coaching, a milestone underscoring its leadership in shaping coaching culture across education, health, and social impact sectors. With over 3,000 members nationwide, ICF UK has long been dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for its coaches through pro bono and low-bono initiatives that make coaching accessible to communities that need it most.

But with growth comes complexity.

Managing multiple partnerships, hundreds of coaches, and diverse client organisations meant the chapter faced a growing challenge: how to scale coaching for good without being weighed down by administration and logistics.

That’s where Delenta came in.

A Shared Mission for Impact

In 2025, ICF UK began piloting Delenta, an end-to-end coaching management platform purpose-built to simplify, automate, and scale the coaching experience for organisations and professional bodies. The collaboration was born from shared values both organisations committed to ethical, accessible, and human-centered coaching.

“Our goal was to find a partner that understood not just technology, but the spirit of coaching,”
says Laure Fraval, President of ICF UK.
“Delenta’s team worked hand-in-hand with us not as a vendor, but as a true partner in impact.”

From Administration to Transformation

Prior to the partnership, ICF UK’s pro bono initiatives were managed through a patchwork of systems, spreadsheets, emails, and manual processes that made it difficult to track sessions, measure outcomes, or support hundreds of concurrent coaching engagements.

With Delenta, everything changed.

Here’s how the platform transformed operations:

  • Coach-Client Matching: AI-assisted and manual matching made assigning the right coaches faster and more transparent.
  • Progress Tracking: ICF UK can now monitor engagement and outcomes across multiple programs through intuitive dashboards.
  • Automation: Scheduling, reminders, and session logging now happen seamlessly, freeing up administrative time for meaningful work.
  • Ethics & Data Integrity: Built with GDPR compliance and ICF ethical standards at its core, Delenta ensures every coaching interaction is secure and confidential.
  • Impact Reporting: ICF UK can now quantify the difference their initiatives make not just in stories, but in data.

Technology That Stays Human

While AI and automation are transforming industries, Delenta’s philosophy remains grounded in human-centered design. Its role is not to replace the coach but to  empower them.

The platform’s simplicity allows coaches to focus on people, not paperwork. Clients experience a professional, accessible interface that mirrors the quality of ICF-certified coaching. And program administrators finally have visibility, without sacrificing the confidentiality that defines the profession.

“At Delenta, our mission has always been to humanize technology for coaches, says Sam, CEO of Delenta.
“Partnering with ICF UK allows us to live that mission ,enabling technology to amplify coaching’s social impact.”

Delenta Onboarding & Coach Training

As part of its global coaching initiative, Delenta hosted a comprehensive onboarding session for 60+ coaches, highlighting its ISO-certified, all-in-one coaching management platform. The live training guided coaches through Delenta’s powerful tools for calendar integration, session scheduling, secure client communication, resource sharing, and program tracking empowering them to deliver streamlined, impactful coaching experiences. With seamless tech support and a clear roadmap to client onboarding, the session reinforced Delenta’s mission to simplify operations for coaching professionals and elevate the client journey from day one

A Model for Scalable Social Good

This partnership represents more than a tech adoption, it’s a blueprint for how coaching organisations can scale social good sustainably.

By digitising and streamlining program management, ICF UK can now take on larger national initiatives with corporate, education, and nonprofit partners, ensuring that coaching excellence reaches those who might never have accessed it before.

Looking ahead, the partnership also opens new doors for sustainability and growth. Through a proposed affiliate and revenue-sharing model, ICF UK can offer Delenta to its members at an exclusive discount, while generating funds to reinvest in community-based coaching programs ;creating a self-sustaining ecosystem of impact.

Looking Ahead to ICF Converge 2026

At ICF Converge 2026 in Paris, ICF UK President Laure Fraval and Delenta CEO Sam will co-present the session: “Simpler – Faster – Smarter: A Coaching Organisation’s Experiment with a Coaching Platform.”

The session will explore the pilot journey, lessons learned, and the opportunities ahead as coaching organisations embrace digital transformation with purpose and heart.
