For Coaches

1. How do I sign in and set up my portal?

• Go to Delenta Sign In.
• Enter your email and password.
• If your login isn’t working, try resetting your password (follow the onscreen link). Still stuck? Contact Delenta Support on LIVE chat or support@delenta.com for help.

2. Trouble Signing In or Technical Issues

• Double-check your login details. If you still have issues, reset your password.
• For any ongoing issues, reach out to Delenta support via LIVE chat or check email us at support@delenta.com. 

3. How do I invite a client to register for a package?

• Go to Packages in your coach dashboard.
• Click on the 3 dots to access the menu. Copy link for the package.
• Share the link with your client & ask them to register.
• The client will get an email letting them know they have successfully registered to the program, with a link to access their client portal.

4. What does my client see when they sign in?

• Clients follow the registration link, set a password, and land in their client portal.
  They can send you a message, see your profile, or book sessions directly.

5. Setup your Availability

• See and manage your availability under Calendar on the platform.
• Sync your Google, Outlook or Apple calendar from the integrations section first. 
• Then go in and set up your availability under the Calendar settings section like this. 

6. Booking & Managing Sessions

• See and manage your sessions under My Sessions on the platform.
• To schedule a new session, select from assigned packages and client contacts.
• To reschedule or cancel etc, click the settings (gear icon) beside the session and choose your option.

• You can also let the system auto accept sessions for you making it even simpler for you.

6. Sharing content via Notes & Resources

• Open a client’s profile via My Contacts.
• Go to the Notes section and attach a file and leave a note with it. You can paste links directly in the note for your client to access.

• Or use the Resources section to share documents or links.

For Clients

1. How do I register and access my portal?

• Use the registration page link and sign up with your name & email id.
• Click the 'Accept' button; set a password.
• You’ll be taken to your secure client portal.

2. Booking Your First Session

• After registration, you can book a session from your client portal dashboard.
• Click Book Session, choose a date/time, and confirm.
• You’ll receive an email confirmation and reminder.

3. Managing Notes, Tasks & Goals

• Create your own notes post your coaching session.
• You can also create your own tasks/goals under My Tasks and keep yourself on track for your coaching. 

5. Rescheduling or Canceling a Session

• Log in and go to My Sessions.
• Click on the session you wish to change. Use the reschedule/cancel options.
• If you can’t find the option, contact your coach directly.

6. Accessing Resources

• Any files or links your coach shares with you will appear in the Resources or Notes section of your portal. You’ll also receive an email if a file is shared with you.

7. If you have trouble signing in

• Use the password reset link or contact your coach for help.
